What It Costs
Clear Pricing Before Care Begins
Alpha Care is a self-pay clinic, allowing visits and recommendations to be shaped by your clinical needs rather than an insurance billing model. Clinic fees are discussed before services are scheduled.
You will know the clinic cost of each step before it is scheduled. Because our fee schedule is currently being updated, the office provides current pricing directly rather than publishing figures that may soon change.
At your consultation, we explain the recommended evaluation, laboratory options, follow-up, and associated clinic fees. You can ask questions, understand what each step contributes, and make informed decisions about your care.
How payment, laboratory testing, and prescriptions work.
Clinic visits are self-pay. Payment is due at the time of service, and clinic fees are provided before care is scheduled.
Laboratory coverage depends on your plan. Medically necessary laboratory orders are coded for submission to your insurance, but coverage and patient responsibility are determined by your insurer.
Wholesale laboratory options are available. Patients who prefer not to use insurance may access discounted cash-pay testing through participating laboratories.
Testing is individualized. Your recommended panel and its cost depend on your history and clinical presentation, and the order is reviewed with you before it is placed.
Prescription costs are separate. Prescription medications and pharmacy charges are not included in clinic fees. Costs vary by medication, pharmacy, and insurance coverage.

Do you treat children?+
Most services are designed for adults. Sports chiropractic and rehabilitation may be available for patients age 15 and older when appropriate.
Do you treat pregnant patients?+
We coordinate with your OB or midwife for nutrition, laboratory review, and appropriate care.
Can Alpha Care be my main doctor?+
Alpha Care provides specialty integrative care. Many patients continue with a primary-care clinician and other specialists, and we coordinate care as needed.
Do you treat older adults?+
Yes. We support strength, mobility, metabolic health, hormone concerns, and nutrition across adulthood, coordinating with your existing care team when helpful.
What if I need another specialist?+
When another clinician’s expertise would add to your care, we will explain the next step and help coordinate referral or co-management.
Do you handle urgent or emergency problems?+
For urgent or emergency symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
What happens at the first visit?+
We begin by listening to your concerns, history, goals, and prior care. We then discuss an examination when appropriate, relevant testing, and a clear plan for next steps.
Do you accept insurance?+
Clinic visits are self-pay. Laboratory testing may be billed through insurance when applicable, and coverage varies by plan. We will review expected costs before testing is ordered.
